Unit 2: People in business

This unit is changed for the new syllabus, starting in 2027, 2028 and 2029, with the ordering of units changed, although much of the syllabs content remains unaltered. Relevant changes are identified on individual pages.  

The unit focusses on human resources and examines the importance of workforce motivation. Businesses organisation and the recruitment, selection and training of employees are also part of this unit. Finally, the section covers internal and external communication.
